RENOVATED LOBBY
The Berkley Condominiums is sure you and your guests will enjoy our newly renovated lobby and first floor facilities. In addition, our full-service front desk staff is present to protect the security of the building and its residents. Our staff will announce and monitor all building guests and outside contractors.
OCEAN FRONT POOL
Our Ocean Front Salt Water Pool includes both direct sun and canopy covered areas, cabanas and an upper level sun deck, the perfect place to relax with family and friends through the summer season. We have replaced the deck chair pads and renovated the bathrooms for your comfort.
BEACH
The Berkley is a Beach Front Facility, Step out of the building onto the beautiful Atlantic City beach next to Ventnor. There are lifeguards on duty. Your beach chairs can be stored for your ease. We have outdoor showers if you wish to wash off the sand before entering the building and your unit.
ATLANTIC CITY BOARDWALK
Atlantic City Boardwalk As a beachfront property, our residents are able to enjoy the Boardwalk throughout the year for walking, bicycling, running, jogging, strolling, relaxing and meeting friends.
Many of our residents travel the entire length of the boardwalk (4 miles) from Ventnor to Gardner’s Basin.
EXERCISE GYM
Our newly renovated state of the art exercise gym is fully equipped with modern equipment and several flat screen TV’s.
You can be assured of a challenging workout with over 25 exercise machines; including treadmills, recumbent and stationery bikes, Peloton, rowing machines, and weights, among others.
COMMUNITY & PARTY ROOM
Our Community & Party Room is on the ground floor overlooking the pool area, with a bar area, tables and chairs for our Berkley Social Events, and a seating area in front of a wide screen TV for viewing sporting events and movies.
The room is also available for private parties.
CARD ROOMS WITH LIBRARY
Our Card Room has a partition which is usually divided in half to provide both a woman’s and a men’s card room.
In addition, there is a library with over 1,000 recently published books provided by the residents which can be borrowed at any time.

BIKE ROOM WITH STORAGE LOCKERS
Our expansive bicycle storage room is secured with surveillance equipment now includes storage lockers at an additional expense.
VALET/SELF-PARK
Full service 24-hour valet parking is available to help with your arrival and departure. Our valets are available to assist with the delivery of items to your unit; and will park your vehicle in our underground garage.
Additional parking is available in our outdoor lot across the main entrance. In addition to driving your own vehicle in Atlantic City, just a block away is a Jitney stop.
CABLE TV & WI-FI
The Berkley offers free basic cable TV service including HBO to all units. Other plans and services are available from Comcast at an additional cost.
Wi-Fi is available in all facilities on the Main Lobby Floor.
